I'm sure you have heard of the "six degrees of separation from Kevin Bacon" game (Which I can do in 5 steps). Well, for my wife and I, we contacted a nephew's wife - she went to UW, she contacted a friend from school, who is a nurse in Cheyenne, who recommended Trenille. My wife called her cell phone - given to us by the nurse, left a message, then got on the computer and looked Trenille up. Stellar reviews, several awards in the profession, etc., etc. When she called back we got right to work. Cheyenne is in a frenzy at the price point we were looking in, we often looked at a house and found it had been sold while we looked at it. To fit the space limits herein, we eventually got a bid in, went through the process, both led and backed by Trenille, both presenting ideas, and listening to our thoughts. Since we are 10 hours away, she was our eyes,

ears and voice in many meetings during the purchase process. Professional and personable, definitely more so than any previous realtor.

Can't express how happy we were with Trenille! There were some difficulities beyond her or our control but she solved them in a highly effective and professional maner. The sale went through perfectly. Trenille is a top quality realator and I feel like our first friend in the Cheyenne area! Thanks so very much!

Trenille gave me her full attention, she always answered my phone calls to answer any questions I had, if she didn't have the answer right away she would get it, I will use Trenille again!! In fact I am using her again to resell one of the properties we just purchased, and if my wife and I decide to purchase a home instead of developing, We will be using Trenille. She has good work ethic, and that is hard to find today.

We had a couple of complicated situations with the sale of our home. First we had a situation come up where we discovered the well of our home never had been registered with the city. We had to get that resolved quickly and Trenille did incredible job, stepping us through the process and making calls on our behalf. Then the buyers had an issue with the sale of their home. Trenille worked really hard to get us all the information to keep us abreast of what was going on. It took about a month before we were able to sell our house from the initial date was wonderful to ensure we were advocated for by riding up multiple extensions. She was a fantastic realtor who dealt with a lot of nuances during the sale, but she was incredibly professional, and fought on our behalf to close the deal! I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to sell their house in Cheyenne or outside of Cheyenne.

There is no way that we can express proper appreciation for the complete expert service that Trenille provided to us during the process of buying our house. She went above and beyond in making sure that we negotiated the best deal in the purchase, as well as making sure that all of the precautionary inspections were lined up and carried out. She was always working on our behalf no matter what the challenge was or how much time it took or what time of the day it was. Trenille dealt with questions like what could I do with the John Deere tractor and the large TV which would not fit in my smaller apartment. She communicated with the prospective buyer for me. Three cheers for Trenille. She exceeded my expectations.

Trenille Young was extremely helpful and patient with me through the process! I'm a first time home buyer and from out of state and Trenille took extra steps to video tour houses for me before I drove up in person which was extremely helpful. Additionally, I never felt rushed or pressured to pick a house and she gave great advice during, and after showings. Trenille had a good understanding of what I was looking for in my first home and helped me find the right one for me.

Trenille Young was a wonderful agent for us. She helped us tremendously as out-of-state buyers with keeping us aware of properties for sale, and then when we arrived to look, she had done a wonderful job of putting together homes for us to see. When we found the house we wanted, she was helpful in giving us guidance as we made an offer, had inspections, she found companies to bid on things that needed attention, negotiated those with the seller, and handled the follow-through for us since we were back at home in another state.
